Reporter: Survivors of sexual abuse are pushing for tougher laws to protect younger victims. We were there as supporters of a revised Hidden Predator Act shared their personal stories at the state capitol today. Changes to the bill would include holding more people responsible for sex abuse.

Angela Williams: We must hold silent bystanders that conceal child sexual abuse and exploitation accountable.

Reporter: The newly introduced bill would also extend the window of opportunity to sue alleged abusers in any group that might have known about the abuse.
